Whoaaaaa!! Finally the time has come! I had to teach in front as the test 1. In my opinion, the lesson was successful because I did not feel too nervous, of course I felt it, but I tried to overcome as good as I can. In the beginning, I tried to give a warm-up activity by telling a story and asked them to answer the question based on the story. I thought that can be an effective way to get the students’ attention so hopefully they were interested in learning. However, as a person who still in progress, the weaknesses of the lesson at that time was the material. The observers said that I have to prepare more listening materials because I taught listening skills. Honestly, it’s kinda difficult to find listening material about procedure topic and my mistake was “why didn’t I record my voice to add listening materials?” :p soooo, next time If I get the chance to teach listening skill again, I will record my voice.hahha
